The five printed volumes of the Aprender na Educação Infantil collection were presented as a reference during the Regionalized Training Cycle of the Pact for Learning, held in September by the Maranhão State Secretariat of Education (Seduc-MA) across 20 regions of the state.
The collection is the result of a partnership between the Laboratory of Education (LabEdu) and Seduc-MA, and it organizes conceptual frameworks, training and activity plans, and monitoring instruments. It also brings together videos of reading practices recorded in schools within Maranhão municipalities, which serve as a reference for Regional Pedagogical Coordinators (APRs), Municipal Pedagogical Coordinators (APMs), and teachers within the network.
It was released in digital format in the first half of this year and consists of five volumes:
- Aprender na Educação Infantil: Training for the Pact for Learning in the Early Childhood Education axis
- Educator Training (0 to 3 years)
- Educator Training (4 to 5 years)
- Educator Training (0 to 5 years): Activity Planning
- Monitoring and Evaluation System: Observation and practice analysis instruments
The expectation is that the circulation of these materials will expand through the state’s networks, reaching more trainers and teachers.
For Andrea Guida, Director of Implementation at Labedu, this new stage of dissemination broadens the possibilities for using the collection. “The materials are already being used by the network, and now they have the potential to reach the hands of those who provide training and those on the front lines of daycares and schools. It is through this process that the references, plans, and instruments find their place in the daily lives of infants and children, as well as in the management of the secretariats.”
