The Debate Series is an initiative of the National Union of Municipal Education Leaders (Undime) and the National Council of Education Secretaries (Consed). There were 3 meetings to address the new challenges in teacher training.
Our director, Beatriz Cardoso, participated in the meeting “Is Hybrid Education Here to Stay?” and raised important questions about which hybrid teaching practices were already in place in schools, even before the pandemic, to address curricular and extracurricular demands within the 4-hour workload.
The educator drew attention to the fact that, whether in remote or in-person mode, the key lies in using tools to offer quality education, always through interaction (among teachers, students, and the various objects of knowledge).
