Beatriz Cardoso, director of Labedu, and Paula Cruz, associate researcher, participated online on the morning of the 24th in a class given by the professorCarrie Conawayat the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Labedu representatives shared experiences of implementing projects and encouraged reflection on the promotion of a culture of learning in the organization.
Based on a logic that has monitoring and evaluation of implementation as the backbone of educator training activities, Labedu positions learning not only as a mission, but as a structuring pillar of the training process in partnership with public education systems.
In addition, the teacher and students were able to discuss hypotheses about the ongoing research conducted by Paula and supervised by Carrie, which analyzes the implementation of the Aprender Linguagem project in three cities in greater São Paulo between 2017 and 2019. The contributions of the meeting are part of Labedu's collaboration with the American University, of which Beatriz is also an associate. In November of last year,Carrie was in Brazil for a mini-coursein partnership with the Harvard Office in Brazil.
