The president of Laboratório de Educação answered questions from CBN Radio listeners during Petria Chaves’ Saturday show on modern parenting. Cardoso discussed general stages of early language development, and emphasized the need for parents to pay close attention to children’s words, gestures, and communicative attempts in order to better support their learning.
Cardoso cited the "All Children Can Learn" and "Learning Language" platforms in order to illustrate how research-based practices can empower parents to enhance child learning.
