Beatriz Cardoso, a member of the Varkey Foundation's Alliance for Teachers, is one of ten international leaders that contributed to "Connecting the Dots", a white paper to guide policymakers in enacting teacher reform.
In the foreword, Professor Fernando Reimers from the Harvard Graduate School of Education highlights three key concepts that anchor its recommendations: dialogue, system, and collective action. In his view, dialogue enables organizations and individuals to learn from knowledge produced through research, and connect it to teaching policies and practice.
