An article by Beatriz Cardoso was recently featured in the Policy Debate section of International Development Policy, a peer-reviewed Open Access journal based at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Cardoso’s contribution focused on early childhood education as a structural solution to the mismatch between education/training and the job market.
