In a recent article published by the Education edition of Globo Magazine, Beatriz Cardoso reiterated the need to believe in all children’s ability to learn, which requires that teachers be well-trained to use diverse instructional strategies and supported by other educators in their localities, including principals and technical staff from their respective Municipal Departments of Education.
