From April 7-9, São Paulo State University (UNESP) organized the 2nd National Congress on Teacher Professional Development with the aim of improving teacher education in Brazil.
Laboratório de Educação’s Angélica Sepúlveda, presented research on “Materials and In-Class Literate Practice”, and highlighted the role of reflective practice in improving the quality of teacher-student interactions, particularly when using language for pedagogical mediation.
